Rules and Regulations

1. Prices include up to 2 adults (plus tax).
2. Drive Slow: 5 miles per hour maximum speed throughout the park.
3. Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
4. Check Out Time: 12:00 NOON (Check out after 12:00 noon you will be charged for another full day).
5. All visitors must check in and be registered with the office.
6. No glass containers or bottles allowed on the premises.
7. No firearms allowed on the premises.
8. No fireworks allowed on the premises.
9. No unauthorized ground fires allowed.  (Check with the office.  This will be strictly enforced.)
10. Do not leave your children unaccompanied while at the pool area or restroom.
11. Children are the sole responsibility of the parents or guardians.
12. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
13. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly.
14. No washing of Autos or RVs.
15. Anyone harboring sneak-ins will face eviction without refund.
16. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) for failure to obey the park rules.
17. Any person(s) causing trouble with other guests or the staff will be evicted.
18. Due to animal visitors - place trash in front of RV between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM each day or use trash dump at front gate. Do not leave trash out overnight.
19. NO REFUNDS!
20. No clotheslines.
